Pastor Matt Stidham received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of 26 at Calvary Baptist Church in Dundalk, MD and has been growing in the Lord ever since.  The Lord called him to preach in 1999 and he was trained for the work of the ministry while earning a Master of Pastoral Theology degree.  He has served the Lord in full-time ministry gaining great experience not only as a pastor but additionally as an assistant pastor, Christian school administrator, youth pastor, Reformers Unanimous director, and bus ministry director.  He was ordained to the work of the Gospel Ministry by the authority and order of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Rio Rancho, NM. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree as he further his studies with The Center for Expository Bible Preaching.

Pastor Stidham accepted God’s call as Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in February 2013.  He has a passion to reach people for the Lord Jesus Christ and to teach them to live victoriously in Christ.  As a veteran of the US Air Force, Pastor Stidham has a great love of God and country.

Mrs. Tammy Stidham was a “preachers kid” growing up in Washington state. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and taught Christian School for 7 years and currently teaches our Primary Sunday School Class. She is also gifted in the area of music and serves with our choir and music specials as our church pianist.  She was a member of the Hyles-Anderson College Tour groups in 1998 and 1999. In addition, Tammy loves working with ladies in helping and encouraging them to be all they can be in Christ.

Pastor and Mrs. Stidham have a heart and zeal for serving the Lord. They have been married since 2001 and would count an honor to serve you and your family.
